How to Manage Sweede Pending Patients and Pending Orders

When a new Sweede patient completes their profile and signs Informed Consent, they are verified by the Sweede Verification Support Team in a swift and timely manner (in a matter of minutes). Your staff members also have the ability to verify patients if they have the Verifying Shop Users and View Shelf Inventory permissions enabled.
Approving the profile will confirm the specified patient type (recreational or medical), whereas denying it will decline all the pending orders for the patient. If a new patient has been declined, their account will be removed entirely.

Managing Pending Patients on IndicaOnline Web
Navigate to Patients→Pending Patients on IndicaOnline Web.
Find the patient you want to verify under Pending Requests. Once you have located the patient, simply click on their name or the View button.
In the Patient Profile, you will be notified about anything that is missing from it. Select Documents & Images on the left side of the screen and verify the authenticity of both the Signup Intake and the Main Document uploaded by the customer. If you have a copy of either document you can upload it by clicking on the Upload New Document button, or if the patient is physically present you can press Scan New Document. You can view the document as a pdf by clicking on the magnifying glass icon, or download the pdf by clicking the downward pointing arrow icon.
Once you have verified that both documents are authentic press the Edit Profile button in the General Info tab, or click on the Actions dropdown menu and select Edit Patient Profile.
Add the State ID and ID Expiration Date based on the information from the document. This information is mandatory and you will not be able to approve the patient without it.
Press on Update Profile.
Now, navigate to the Recommendations tab and press on Add New Recommendation.
In the New Recommendation pop-up select the correct Verification Provider and specify all of the required information. Tap Save.
Once all the information was added you can press the Approve button at the top of the screen.
Managing Pending Orders on IndicaOnline Web
Navigate to Sweede→Pending Orders on IndicaOnline Web. You will see every Pending Order associated with your account. You can Decline or Accept them, or Assign a driver if it is a delivery order.
A staffer must possess the View Shelf Inventory, Manage Orders, and Verifying Orders permissions in order to accept Pending Online Orders.
Managing Pending Patients in Indica POS
Navigate to Menu→Patients in Indica POS and make sure to switch the toggle in the top left corner to Pending. Tap the area with the arrow on the top right side of the screen.
You will be redirected to the patient profile. Select the Documents & Images tab and make sure to verify the authenticity of the documents uploaded by your customer. If you want to upload a document or capture it via your camera you can tap the Add Document button, and you will be prompted to select either the Gallery or the Camera.
If you are confident that the documents are in check you can tap the ellipsis button next to the patient name, and select Edit Patient Profile from the dropdown menu.
Specify the correct State ID and ID Expiration values and tap Save.
Select the Recommendations tab and tap Add Rec.
In the New Recommendation pop-up select the correct provider and fill in the details.
Tap on Verify when you are done.
Now you can tap the Verify button under the patient's name to approve their account.
Managing Pending Orders in Indica POS
A staffer must possess the View Shelf Inventory, Manage Orders, and Verifying Orders permissions in order to accept Pending Online Orders.
Navigate to Menu→Orders in Indica POS and tap the Filter button in the top left corner of the screen. Tap on Order Source.
Tap on Sweede, followed by the Back button. You can tell whether or not a source is selected by looking at the green checkmark icon next to its name.
Tap on Apply.
All of the orders that came from Sweede will be displayed here. You can tap an order to start working with it.
