How to Set Up Price Presets

It can be time-consuming to create pricing for each product. To streamline the process we suggest saving measurements as presets. You can do this while setting up measurements for products or by creating price presets first.

Creating Price Presets

Navigate to InventoryPrice Presents.

Click the New button.

Fill out the Name field. If you want to make a Dynamic Preset you can do that by enabling the corresponding checkbox and selecting the Measurement Type (Unit, Unit Range, Weight, Weight Range).

Please note, that if you enable the Setting Up Prices Per Patient Type setting, you will be able to set up prices per Patient Type in the Price Preset, Add Preset, or Edit Preset forms. For more information on Setting Up Prices Per Patient Type, see this article.
Moreover, if you have enabled the Setting Up Prices Per Office setting, you will be able to set up prices per Office in the Price Preset, Add Preset, or Edit Preset forms. For more information on Differential Pricing Per Office, see this article.
