Set Up Sweede in IndicaOnline

Sweede is our proprietary platform for both storefront and delivery IndicaOnline accounts. It is seamlessly integrated with IndicaOnline and does not require installing any plug-ins. Your whole inventory will be in sync with your Sweede online store.
Activating Sweede for one of your offices in IndicaOnline is effortless. Once you submit a copy of your valid Cannabis Business License, we will activate your account and you will have an online store created on sweede.io. It will showcase your shop menu, business and delivery hours, your location, as well as your delivery zones.
The Sweede link for your online store contains the business name of the office and its location, specified within your IndicaOnline account. Changing any of them will result in changing the actual Sweede link.

Enabling the Loyalty Program
You can enable the loyalty program for your customers. It will allow them to accrue special Sweede credits that can be used at checkout.
Navigate to Sweede→Offices and select the desired office.
Select Marketplace Settings, choose the Loyalty Program tab, and click Enable The Program.
Set a percentage that your customers will receive as cashback in the Enable the Program pop-up and submit the request to IndicaOnline for approval. It takes up to 24 hours for the request to be approved.
Once you have enabled the Loyalty Program, a banner will be displayed on your Sweede store. It will inform your customers of the cashback amount they will receive each time they place an order with your dispensary. Your customers will also be able to apply their earned Sweede credits while completing the orders.
If you disable the Loyalty Program, your customers will not be able to see an option to apply their Sweede credits in the cart.
Accepting Orders
When your request has been approved, the Sweede Orders tab will appear.
Switch the Accept Orders toggle to YES for your customers to be able to add products to the cart. Otherwise, your Sweede store will simply show your inventory and deals, but the Add to Cart button will not be available for your customers. Select your Payment Methods and fill out the courier phone number under Order Notifications and Customer Support number, if required.
Currently, you are only notified after a new order has been placed on Sweede. You are not notified if the order status has been changed.
Make sure to switch the Allow Delivery and Allow Pickup toggles to YES, depending on your business type. You can further customize your Sweede online store page by adding your pickup and delivery shipping methods.

Under the General Info tab, you may also want to upload your logo, which will be displayed on your Sweede page. The size of the image file should be 432 pixels x 432 pixels. After introducing any changes, remember to click the Save button. (If the image is still not displaying, reformat the file from PNG to JPEG or vice versa.)

Publishing Products on Sweede
Locate the product profiles that you would like to show in your online store on IndicaOnline Web, and switch the Publish on Sweede toggle to YES to display them on your Sweede page.
Make sure that your product has enough sale quantity on the shelf in order to display it in your Sweede store. Refer to this article to learn the difference between sale quantity and available quantity.
In the screenshot below, even though you have enough available quantity (37), your sale quantity is negative (because of the 152 reserved items), so your product will not be published on Sweede.
Your customers will need to create a Sweede account, verify their phone number, and upload their ID to verify their age and start shopping. Medical patients will also need to upload their recommendations. Each of your customers will get a $5 credit after verifying their email addresses. $10 referral credits are up for grabs both for referrers and referrals once a referral completes their first order.
Your customers will be able to place pickup as well as delivery orders directly from your Sweede website.
You have the option to create Sweede accounts for your existing patients in the IndicaOnline account. To do so, navigate to the patient profile and, under the Actions tab, select Create Sweede Account.
