IndicaOnline BI helps you get the most out of your data. You can get in-depth insights into your customer's purchasing patterns, product performance, and finances. In this article, we will go through the Run Rate dashboard which is a part of the Inventory package.

Run Rate

Filters allow you to configure the information displayed on the dashboard.

You can filter by the following criteria:

  • Account Name - The IndicaOnline account that the information is taken from (only applicable for users with multiple accounts).

  • Store - Specific Offices from your IndicaOnline account.

  • Category - The product category you want to filter by.

  • Vendor - The vendor you want to filter by.

  • Brand - The brand you want to filter by.

  • Forecast Based On - Allows you to select the timespan that the forecast will be based on.

  • Inventory Should Cover - The timespan you would like the inventory to last for.

The Sales and On Hand Qty section allows you to get general information about your inventory.

Sold qty = total quantity sold according to the date range selected in the “Forecast Based On” filter

On Hand = total quantity on hand according to the applied filters

Distinct SKUs In Stock = total number of distinct SKUs in stock

Below Sales and On Hand Qty you will find the Inventory Coverage section. You can hover over the grey dots on the columns to see your Total Quantity On Hand. The columns themselves represent your Stock Coverage Ratio.

Inventory Coverage Ratio = total inventory on hand divided by the selected number of average weekly sales
E.g. If the “Inventory Should Cover” filter is set to 3 weeks, then Stock Coverage Ratio 1 would mean that your inventory will last you for 3 average sales weeks. If it is 2, then it will last for 6 weeks.

On Hand = total quantity on hand according to the applied filters

The Product List section gives you a detailed breakdown of the items you have in your dispensary, including their Total Cost.

Sold qty = total quantity sold within the date range selected in the “Forecast Based On” filter

Stock Coverage Ratio = total inventory on hand divided by average sales per day

Runrate Units per Week = the average number of units sold per week within the date range selected in the “Forecast Based On” filter
